Ryan Hattaway – Artist Biography
Ryan Hattaway is a NY/Miami-based multidisciplinary artist whose work sits at the intersection of luxury, fashion, and contemporary culture—collaborating with leading brands, talent, and institutions to create work that moves people.
Rooted in a lifelong fascination with visual storytelling, Hattaway began his career as a self-taught designer before founding a luxury branding and marketing agency. Over more than fifteen years, he built an international portfolio working with iconic global brands including Ferrari, Red Bull, W Hotels, GQ, Ritz-Carlton, Lamborghini, Hublot, McLaren, and Mercedes-Benz—developing a refined visual language shaped by high design and cultural relevance.
Although creativity had always been central to his life, Hattaway’s entry into film and photography came unexpectedly in his mid-thirties. What began as an exploration quickly evolved into a defining chapter of his artistic journey, merging his design-driven sensibility with a cinematic approach to image-making.
Today, Hattaway channels this evolution into his fine art, fashion and celebrity photography, creating a signature aesthetic that balances sleek elegance with cultural commentary and the empowered female form. His debut art collection marks a full-circle moment—returning to art as a primary mode of expression after years of shaping visual narratives for global brands.
Hattaway has photographed an array of cultural figures and celebrities, including Post Malone, Mike Tyson, Naomi Osaka, Taylor Fritz, Lamelo Ball, Cardi B, DJ Khaled, Ludacris, Rick Ross, Marshmello, Steve Aoki, Black Coffee, Diane von Furstenberg, Logan and Jake Paul, Olivia Culpo, and Brody Jenner.
